General Rules

• Check-in is from 12 noon and pitches must be vacated by 12 noon on departure day. A late stay until 6pm may be available for an additional charge.

• Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am – please respect your neighbours.

• Speed limit on-site is 5mph – children are playing, so drive carefully.

• Rubbish and recycling must be disposed of in the designated bins.

 

Pitches & Equipment

• One caravan/motorhome/tent per pitch unless agreed in advance.

• Electric hook-up points must only be used with suitable leads and equipment.

• Gazebos, pup tents, or additional structures must be approved before use.

• Please keep your pitch tidy and safe at all times.

 

Children & Families

• Children must always be supervised by a parent/guardian.

• The play area is for children only – no dogs, bikes, or smoking permitted.

• Ball games should be played in designated areas, not between pitches.

 

Dogs & Pets

• Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times on-site.

• Please use the dog-walking area and clean up after your pet.

• Aggressive breeds or banned dogs (including XL Bully types) are not permitted.

 

Facilities & Behaviour

• Showers, toilets, and the launderette should be left clean after use.

• No smoking or vaping in shared facilities.

• Respect staff and other guests – antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated.

By staying at Henllys Camping & Touring Site, you agree to follow these rules. Anyone who does not comply may be asked to leave without refund.
