RESPECT THE SITE, RESPECT EACH OTHER
To ensure all our guests have a safe, relaxing and enjoyable holiday, we kindly ask that everyone follows our site rules. These guidelines are in place to protect our family atmosphere and keep Henllys Camping & Touring Site running smoothly.
General Rules

Check-in is from 12 noon and pitches must be vacated by 12 noon on departure day. A late stay until 6pm may be available for an additional charge.

Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am – please respect your neighbours.

Speed limit on-site is 5mph – children are playing, so drive carefully.

Rubbish and recycling must be disposed of in the designated bins.
Pitches & Equipment

One caravan/motorhome/tent per pitch unless agreed in advance.

Electric hook-up points must only be used with suitable leads and equipment.

Gazebos, pup tents, or additional structures must be approved before use.

Please keep your pitch tidy and safe at all times.
Children & Families

Children must always be supervised by a parent/guardian.

The play area is for children only – no dogs, bikes, or smoking permitted.

Ball games should be played in designated areas, not between pitches.
Dogs & Pets

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times on-site.

Please use the dog-walking area and clean up after your pet.

Aggressive breeds or banned dogs (including XL Bully types) are not permitted.
Facilities & Behaviour

Showers, toilets, and the launderette should be left clean after use.

No smoking or vaping in shared facilities.

Respect staff and other guests – antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated.
Final Note:
By staying at Henllys Camping & Touring Site, you agree to follow these rules. Anyone who does not comply may be asked to leave without refund.
